Human-Computer Assistance Systems

Human-Computer Assistance Systems enrich digital service systems in order to help users to better perform their tasks. Extending established help systems, advanced user assistance systems emphasize and integrate accelerated intelligence and interaction capabilities. In this research cluster we are designing user assistance systems for business and private life scenarios.
