The Research group will be present at the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) 2016 in Dublin, Ireland with 6 accepted publications in the field of user-centered digital transformation covering the topics of learning & effective use, multi-channel choice behavior, digital service design, as well as assistant systems in the context of user involvement.
