The research group will be present at the 25th European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS) in Guimarães, Portugal,  with 5 accepted publications covering the topics of the influence of workarounds on effective use, real-time business intelligence systems, IT-mediated interruptions, the design of nudges in multi-channel choices, as well as web survey gamification.

Furthermore, Dr. Stefan Morana and PD Dr. Jella Pfeiffer organize a workshop on the topic of "Designing User Assistance Systems".
