Improving Natural Language Capabilities of the Telefonica/O2 Chatbot Aura

  • Together with Telefonica Germany and the Saarland University we have investigated the improvement of the natural language capabilities of the chatbot AURA from O2. To this end, we are designing a system that involves and engages different stakeholders in the development process of the chatbot. In addition to improving the natural language capabilities of Aura, the project also investigated to what extent such systems can help to increase the awareness of innovative language assistants such as Aura in different business units, and to demonstrate their capabilities and future benefits for the business units.
