| ForDigital - Regionale Forschungsallianz Baden-Württemberg |
The research alliance ForDigital aims to connect researchers from Mannheim and Karlsruhe in order to promote joint research and publications with the special focus on digitalization and the related transformation of socio-economic processes. The project is funded by the ministry for research and culture (MKW) of Baden-Württemberg.

ePROBE: Benchmarking of Service-Processes in the Utilities Industry |
The research group of Prof. Mädche at the Institute for Enterprise Systems (InES) and the Karlsruhe Service Research Institute (KSRI) start a benchmark to systematically collect KPIs that are defined as SLAs. Furthermore an online-tool allows participants to interactively compare their values against the other participants. |
