Project Description

Service clients, such as private bank customers, increasingly demand digital instead of physical service delivery. However, while customers prefer the digital channel for distinct services, they still favor physical interactions with bank advisors for others.  In this project we investigate and design service digitization for multi-channel retail banking.

The project is carried out in cooperation with Commerz Business Consulting, the internal consulting group of Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt.
