Alexander Wachtel, CEO of ESCde GmbH, gave an industry talk in our Bachelor lecture “Foundations of Interactive Systems” (FOIS). In his talk he demonstrated the capabilities of the Microsoft AI platform covering the Bot Framework, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning as well as the recently announced Azure OpenAI Services. The topic of the industry talk is closely connected to the capstone project of the lecture. In this project, student teams apply the human-centered design process and design prototypical writing support systems using large language models.
