Organizations are faced with the challenge of exploiting the potential of their data. Thereby, the ability of employees to independently gain new insights from the available data and make decisions on this basis plays a central role. In the context of data science and business intelligence & analytics systems, the design of innovative interaction concepts to support end users in data work is taking on an increasingly important role. The doctoral candidate should work on this topic area as part of a joint research project with an industry partner. The research project is carried out in cooperation with the finance department (CFO unit) of EnBW AG in Karlsruhe. It is based on extensive preparatory work with a focus on providing a central data platform for the CFO unit.
